NexzDAS ND666 runs across different platforms and combines passenger cars diagnosis, commercial vehicles diagnosis, reset service, key programming function in one. It greatly offers the professional but high cost-effective, small but smart diagnosis solution for mechanics, making car repair more intelligent, convenient and efficient.

1. Full-System Diagnosis for Passenger Cars

 Humzor NexzDAS ND666 fully covers all the electronic control systems of various vehicle models from Asian, European, American, Chinese, Australian. Read DTCs, Clear DTCs, Read Live Data, Actuation Test...

 

1). Quick Scan

Read/Clear Codes for all systems, input the VIN and automatically recognize it, or manually select the vehicle model，type and year to start the quick scan for all the control units and get the inspection result with detailed DTC description.

 

2). Actuation Test

Carrying out tests on some components of the vehicle and access vehicle specific subsystems. It may vary by makes, models, types, years, thus only the available ones will be shown.

 

2. All Modules Scan for Commercial Vehicles

NexzDAS ND666 greatly expands diagnosis for Trucks, Construction Vehicles, Agricultural Vehicles, Engine, etc. For full system diagnosis includes Engine System, Body System, ABS, Transmission, Airbag, Gearbox,etc.

 

3. Special Functions  

1). Oil Reset

Allows you to perform reset maintenance mileage and data intervals for a new calculation of Engine Oil Life system once changed the oil.

 

2). TPMS

Makes sense in displaying sensor IDs from the vehicle’s ECU, inputting TPMS sensor replacement IDs to test and activate it.

 

3). ABS

Cycles the system solenoid valves and runs the pump in order to purge the air from the secondary circuits.

 

4). SAS

Helps clear the fault steering angle sensor memories and plays an important role in the SAS calibration.

 

5). Injector Adjust

Diesel injector code need programming ID and parameters to the ECU for accurate communication and injection control system.

 

6). TPS

The throttle position sensor is able to effectively observe where the throttle butterfly valve is positioned.

 

7). Battery Test

Battery Test evaluates the battery charge state, monitor the close-circuit current, register the new battery replacement and activate the reset state of the vehicle battery system.

 

8). EPB

It is important in the maintenance of electronic braking system’s safety and efficiency when replace brake pad or motor.

 

9). DPF

Specially works for diesel particular filter system with DPF generation, DPF component replacement teach-in and DPF teach-in after replacing the engine control unit.
